No Refund Policy
Please note that we do not offer any cash refunds under any circumstances. We only offer product EXCHANGES if we determine that the fault was ours (wrong product or damaged before delivery).

Glass Items Policy (Strict)
All glass items must be checked IN FRONT OF THE DELIVERY MAN.
Important Condition:
If a glass item is found broken while the delivery man is present, we will bear the full cost and replace it.
Once the delivery man leaves, NO complaints, returns, or exchanges will be accepted for glass items under any circumstances.

Non-Glass Items
For all other products (excluding glass items), you have exactly 3 Days from the delivery date to report any issues or defects. After 3 days, no complaints or exchange requests will be entertained.
